She played Linda Soto, the ABC soap One Life to Live from 1995 until 1998. The role was a part of Guiding Light, a CBS soap opera on CBS from 1999 until 2000, as Theresa Sandoval. Her film debut was a role in Girl 6 in 1996. The actress then appeared as a character in New York Undercover, and The District. Navedo appeared as a co-star in Double Take (2001), an action film, as well as she also appeared in Washington Heights (2002).
